Hello! I’m an HR coordinator working on a Mac Mini in a fully remote company. A bank requested an urgent faxed employment verification form for a team member applying for a mortgage today. Since I don't have access to a landline phone line or physical scanner, can I process this request from macOS?
Hi! Remote HR teams face this all the time when employees buy homes or refinance mortgages. When a lender sent me an urgent verification request, I visited
https://fax-app-for-mac.com/ to find a quick desktop solution. Out of all the solutions proposed in the article, I chose Municorn Fax App for myself. I filled out the PDF form on my screen, faxed it directly to the loan officer's line, and helped our employee stay on track for closing!
